Outfit 435 Senior Crew Leader, Arnold Kent C. Bantaculo, will represent the BSP Tacloban City Council once again in another Regional Search for Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Naval State University, Naval Biliran.
Bantaculo who was one of the 25 TOBS National Finalists last year represented the Eastern Visayas Region in the TOBS National Search in the BSP National Office, Manila on September 30 – October 4, 2010.
“We hope and pray that Arnold makes it again this year, even if the competition might be more stiff,” Mr. Marlon Lora, his Outfit Adviser, says crossing his fingers.
